The development of ours BLDC motors frame 42mm continues, and with the new BLS series the motors 0.12Nm / 0.18Nm / 0.25Nm are now available in the IP66 version.

The motor 0.25Nm provides an extended rear shaft suitable to install any external encoder. We propose our model MEM25 IP65 suitable for use in harsh environments.
The BLD15 drive is the most powerful version of the BLD07-IT built on a new PCB, new features and functionality have been implemented. The result is that of having a more versatile and avant-garde drive, which can be customized, the possibility of having the drive in a torque version or controlled via fieldbus, Modbus RTU RS485 or CANOpen DS301.
The BLD07-IT drive is the new and updated version of the previous BLD07. Built on a new PCB, features and functionality have been implemented, where previously could only be achieved with higher power drive. The result is to have a more versatile drive and to cutting edge, which can be customized, or controlled via the field bus (CAN Open optional).
A new drive called UNICO has been designed to allow the control of Intecno DC brushless motors of the BL series.
With a UNICO drive, it is now possible to control all sizes of Micro Gearmotors and Green Line motors with up to 10 amp rated current and 20 amp peak current and for all motor voltages available: 24V-36V-48V.
The new series of compact wormgearboxes KCM031 is designed to meet the technical specifications of the field of automatic doors.
DC and brushless motors are proposed, both low voltage 24V.
The DC motors come in two sizes 63×105 and 63×125, respectively, power 40 watts and 90 watts.
Optional encoder for DC motors.
The brushless motor, power 90 watts, has integrated Hall sensors and therefore does not need an additional encoder.
