Micro Brushless Wormgearmotors

The main features of CM worm gearboxes with brushless motors are:

  • Low voltage power supply 24/36 Vdc
  • Suitable for encoder assembly
  • Motor torque ratings available from 0,12 up to 0,43Nm
  • Built in electronic drives IE (optional)
  • Die-cast aluminium housings
  • Permanent synthetic oil long life lubrication

Permanent synthetic oil long-life lubrication allow to use CM026
and CM030 worm gearbox range in all mounting position.

Characteristics

Lubrification

The planetary gear units are permanently lubricated, do not require additional maintenance.
This allows it to be installed virtually anywhere.
Ambient temperature 0 to 40 ° C (with no freezing and no condensation). For different temperatures, contact our UT.

The ME22 is a reliable low cost optical hollow shaft encoder that can be fixed quickly and easily on different sizes of motor shafts.

The encoder provides two square wave outputs in quadrature (90 degrees phase shifted) for counting and direction information. The revolution of the encoder is determined by the number of counts per revolution (CPR). Resolution up to 360 CPR . Power supply and signals are provided by a 5 pin Molex connector.

The MEC22 HR is a high resolution optical hollow shaft encoder that can be fixed quickly and easily on different sizes of motor shafts. The encoder provides two square wave outputs in quadrature (90 degrees phase shifted) for counting and direction information and one index channel (one pulse per revolution).
The resolution of the encoder is determined by the number of counts per revolution(CPR). Resolution up to 2048 CPR. Power supply and signals are provided by a 5 pin Molex connector.

The MEM 22 is a magnetic incremental encoder. He is a reliable low cost hollow shaft encoder that can be fixed quickly and easily on different sizes of motor shafts.
The encoder MEM22 is designed for applications where rough environments, high vibrations and low temperature are the topics to meet.
The power supply is selectable in a wide voltage range 5V up to 30V. Resolution up to 1024 CPR.
Power supply and signals are provided by a 6 pin Molex connector.
